Custom Parts
and Fabrication

No two jobs are alike, and you can’t always wait weeks for that part you need - if they even make it anymore. That’s why we offer custom fabrication solutions, including specialty gaskets, in-house machining, and custom valve actuation. We build to your specs, ensuring a perfect fit and reliable performance every time.

Custom Gaskets

You have all the pipes, valves and fittings on hand only to realize you forgot to order the gaskets you need, or worse, you find out they don’t even make the gasket for the valve you are repairing any more. Don’t worry, MKS has you covered. MKS offers on-demand custom gasket cutting in a range of materials, complex shapes, and almost any size to get you back on track quickly.

In-House Machining

Our on-site machine shop is equipped with everything required to make your custom parts and pipe. If you have a job that’s held up waiting for parts, let us know. We offer custom machining, pipe threading, and powder coating. We love a challenge!

Valve Actuation

The crew in our valve actuation room is factory trained and passionate about keeping your system running smoothly. Regardless of the type of actuator - pneumatic, hydraulic, or otherwise - we’ve repaired, tested, or built.
